ob is a seasoned leader in the Non-Profit Human Services sector, with over 25 years of experience in program development and leadership spanning mental health, child welfare, disability services, and family support. He holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Minnesota, where he was recognized as both a Child Welfare Scholar and a Minnesota DHS Fellow.
Rob has served as a committee member of the Minnesota Foster Care Workgroup and is the past president of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Social Workers – Minnesota Chapter (NASW-MN), where he was honored with the Early Career Excellence Award. He also contributes to the field as an adjunct professor of social work.
A dynamic trainer and speaker, Rob has presented at state, national, and international conferences on topics including program leadership, clinical supervision, accreditation, and innovation in service delivery. His work is grounded in the belief that systems and relationships begin to heal through the acknowledgment of trauma, the creation of shared narrative, and the courage to take meaningful action.
