Toby McClary, MSW, LCSW, LICSW, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing mental and behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families in Minnesota and North Dakota. They earned their Master of Social Work from the University of North Dakota in 2018.
Toby has more than seven years of experience in child welfare and over five years of experience providing outpatient mental health services. They have extensive experience working with birth, foster, adoptive, and kinship families and specializes in supporting children and caregivers navigating trauma, attachment concerns, behavioral challenges, anxiety, emotional regulation, and family transitions.
Toby is a certified PACC provider with certifications in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), AutPlay Therapy, DC:0–5, and both Basic and Advanced Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). They have also completed advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Suicide Prevention. In addition, they are a certified SAF-T (Sensation Awareness Focused Technique) trainer.
