Heather Van Brunt, MEd, LSW
Heather has a M.Ed. in Counseling from North Dakota State University, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University – Moorhead and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW #10393). Heather has 15 years experience working within the adoption community. Her prior work focused on supporting birth and adoptive parents with grief, loss and open adoption relationships as well as educating and supporting parents adopting children with traumatic backgrounds.
Holly Clark, MSW, LICSW
Holly provides individual and family therapy in Elementary Schools to children and family. Within her previous positions in Day Treatment and In-Home services Holly has experience working with individuals and families who are in foster care, have been adopted, and have experienced trauma. Holly is also trained in providing DC 0-5 assessments for children birth to five years old. She believes that the best outcomes happen when the whole family is engaged in services.

I am a county social work supervisor who specializes in ongoing Child Protection. I work in both individual and group settings to support workers in the community and parents interacting with the Child Welfare system. Each family system brings with their own strengths and areas to grow; it’s my work to walk alongside workers and families through their Child Protection journey. Ensuring that it is a respectful and uplifting experience.
Jackie Peterson
Jackie is a youth worker at EVOLVE Family Services. She works with the STAY program, providing support and independent living skills to youth ages 14-23 who have experienced out of home placement. Jackie also works with youth currently in foster care with a TPR as a child specific recruiter, searching for potential families and advocating for the youth's wants and needs regarding permanency.
