Erin earned her Master’s of Social Work from the University of North Dakota in 2019, following her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Argosy University in 2006. She has been working with individuals impacted by trauma since 2006, bringing extensive experience from various settings, including residential chemical dependency treatment, community-based mental health, school-based, outpatient mental health and chemical dependency, and community social work consultation.

Julie is the executive director of Main Street Family Services, a social service agency whose focus is to support parents and their children with resources, solutions, and practical strategies they need to thrive. Julie is a social worker who has spent 20 years of her career supporting adoptive & foster care parents, and the biological parents of children who are in out-of-home placement. Julie is also a parent, adoptive parent, and grandparent.

As a marriage and family therapist, I am thrilled to be part of a field focused on people and relationships. I enjoy working with children and families, and I am passionate about creating healthy, vibrant and hopeful communities. Areas of specialty include working with trauma, attachment, adoption, foster care, kinship care and parent guidance.

I believe all families can create change with their own strengths and resources, and I look forward to helping individuals recognize their contributions to their families, workplaces and communities.

All people are striving for well-being in their life, with ideas, goals, and opportunities available for each unique person. It is my sincere belief that most people know the direction they aim towards in life. However, life often throws us curveballs, and it's okay to ask someone to come along for part of the journey. When meeting clients I begin with the question of "What happened to you" rather than "What is wrong with you." When I get to watch and bear witness as an individual or family grows and is able to heal it humbles me! My name is Ashley Millner and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Greater Minnesota Family Services within Lyon and Lincoln counties of Minnesota. My current position is Early Childhood Therapist. I currently work with client’s birth to Kindergarten and their families to strive for changes within the family system that promote healthy relationships and mental health.

Patty Miller, LPCC is a one of the first therapists in Minnesota to work in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility for children. She is employed at Northwood Children’s Services –PRTF in Duluth, MN. Patty has over 25 years of experience working with children and families. She also has a MA in Management and is a former CEO of a Children’s Advocacy Center. Patty has provided foster care to over 100 children and has advanced professional training in EMDR, Grief and Loss, Temperament Assessments and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

In my practice I provide therapy to children, teens, adults and families. I have worked with children of all ages dealing with a variety of issues including, anxiety and depression, adjustment issues, developmental disorders (Autism Spectrum Disorders), attachment disorders and issues of trauma and abuse. I have worked for many years with children and families involved in the foster care and adoption systems.

Molly McHugh is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Barry University in Miami, FL. Her Bachelor’s Degree is in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. Molly has worked with inner-city youth at the Pillsbury Waite House in Minneapolis and with asylum-seeking immigrants from Africa at the Interprofessional Center for Counseling and Legal Services at St. Thomas.
