I am a senior child protection worker that investigates abuse and neglect for Ramsey County, the second largest county in MN. I have been doing this since January of 2018 and love to be able to connect with professionals for other counties and entities to better our work for the youth and children in Minnesota.

Nicole has over 27 years’ experience in the nonprofit and public sector. She has served as Executive Director of several Minnesota and Colorado based nonprofits that promote healthy communities, including No Barriers USA, Vinland National Center, and FamilyWise. She currently serves on the Foster Care Task Force through National Council for Adoption. In addition, she is involved in bringing Quality Parenting Initiative to Minnesota, a part of the Supervised Visitation Leadership Institute, and several policy making committees.

Holly is also trained in providing DC 0-5 assessments for children birth to five years old. She believes that the best outcomes happen when the whole family is engaged in services.

The HELP Program provides free, curated support services to any Minnesota adoptive, kinship or foster family; adopted persons, former foster youth and community professionals.
