Lucy Augustine, LSW
Lucy joined Ampersand in May of 2021; she has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Superior. She has been working in the human services field for 30 years in numerous capacities. She was also a foster parent for St. Louis County for 7 years. She is passionate about viewing families holistically and all extensions of that family system. She advocates for people who can be seen as the underdog and works to motive others to be the change they want to see in the world.
Maggie Ives, MSW, LICSW
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with experience working in a variety of settings including children’s day treatment, outpatient therapy, and adolescent residential treatment for eating disorders. I strive to be a warm, validating, compassionate therapist who meets all clients where they are at. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and my goal is to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your emotions and heal.
Maggie Skrypek, MSW, LICSW
Maggie works directly with adults, couples and families. Although she is a generalist, she has a special interest in supporting parents, caregivers and families though complex family dynamics including challenging child behavior, family trauma, parenting through separation and divorce, blended families and families formed through adoption. She has advanced training working with members of the adoption and foster/kinship care triad (PACC - Permanency and Adoption Competency Certified).
Margot Hamlin, MSW, LGSW
I am the foster care program manager at EVOLVE Family Services. We do home study assessments and license both traditional and kinship foster providers as well as provide post-placement support. Our agency also does work in adoption and permanency, youth services, and pregnancy services. I am a transracial and transnational adoptee. I have previously held roles in supervised parenting, domestic violence case management and advocacy, and psychotherapy.

Mariah Cleppe, LSW
Mariah has her Bachelor's of Social Work degree from Southwest Minnesota State University and she is a licensed social worker. Mariah formerly worked as a child protection social worker and supervisor for Southwest Health and Human Services. Currently, Mariah is a Post-Permanency Navigator with Foster Adopt Minnesota. Her role is to provide resources and answer questions that arise for families after the finalization of an adoption or transfer of permanent legal and physical custody (TPLPC).
Marie McNamara, MSW, LICSW
Hello! I work at the Wilder Foundation as a school-based therapist working within the Therapeutic Teaching Model program, a collaboration with Intermediate School District 287 and Wilder. My work is focused in a federal setting IV classroom with elementary students, individual and within a group setting, that have a variety of disruptions, including but not limited to; behavioral challenges, educational trauma, home life instability, attachment and/or developmental difficulties, family trauma, and out of home placements or adoption.
