As PACC Coordinator, Keely completed PACC with the 2015-16 Twin Cities cohort. Prior to joining the CASCW team, she practiced both community and clinical social work with a focus on autism spectrum and related disorders across the lifespan, and is particularly interested in the intersection of child welfare and disability.

Jamie is a child welfare professional working in a tribal agency in greater Minnesota. In her role, Jamie engages in policy advocacy and local systemic changes through family centered and trauma informed lenses. Her goal is to provide children and families with the resources, skills, and experiences they need for a healthy and enjoyable life. Her previous work experiences include child protection, case management, and benefits coordination in tribal and non-profit sectors.

Patty Miller, LPCC is a one of the first therapists in Minnesota to work in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility for children. She is employed at Northwood Children’s Services –PRTF in Duluth, MN. Patty has over 25 years of experience working with children and families. She also has a MA in Management and is a former CEO of a Children’s Advocacy Center. Patty has provided foster care to over 100 children and has advanced professional training in EMDR, Grief and Loss, Temperament Assessments and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Neree's home is filled with biological, adopted and foster children. She has worked in various areas of child development and child welfare for more than 20 years, and mentors former foster youth on their own parenting journeys. She currently works in child welfare transformation, shifting system thinking about trauma, worthiness, race, and wellbeing while supporting agencies to find and/or maintain permanency for youth under their jurisdiction.

Amelia is the Founder and Executive Officer of the national non-profit, Alia. Amelia and Team Alia are UnSysteming the child welfare system and shifting mindsets and practice to keep children safely with, not from, their families. Alia employs a community co-design approach, working alongside parents with lived expertise and innovative systems leaders as partners to co-create new solutions to longstanding problems, while supporting the wellbeing of leaders, teams, and caregivers.

As a Board-Certified Art Therapist and Anchor Relational (formerly AIR Network) trained therapist, and I incorporate Developmental, Intersectional, and Trauma-focused lens into my practice. I believe safety, trust, honesty, creativity, and humor are essential elements in a therapeutic relationship. I utilize a client-centered and relational approach to therapy, weaving psychoeducation with introspection and self-reflection. I incorporate art therapy interventions, mindfulness techniques, and somatic and sensorimotor experiences within sessions.
