Biography
Michele Lovehaug received her bachelor of arts degree from Concordia College in 1997 in both social work and Spanish. She went on to complete her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Minnesota in 1999. Ms. Lovehaug is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in both North Dakota and Minnesota. She is also a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) currently practicing as a Clinical Services Manager at Fraser’s collaboration with Minneapolis Public Schools. I manage two day treatment classrooms, supervise staff and maintain an outpatient caseload. Fraser is one of the largest providers for mental health services in Minnesota (children and adults) and recently became a CCBHC (Certified Community Behavior Health Clinic).

Meagan Galbari, MA, LPCC has been working with children and families for over 25 years in a variety of settings including psychiatric hospitals, day-treatment programs, domestic violence refuges, residential treatment centers and in private adoption agencies. Meagan’s passion is in adoption and foster care and supporting children and families through their journey. Meagan is committed to assisting parents through the lifelong process of adoption and empowering them with the tools to help children heal while maintaining healthy families.

Katherine Dachtler is an international, Transracial Adoptee who was raised and lives in the upper Midwest. Katherine strives to meet you where you are and aims to uncover and focus on your strengths to empower you throughout your healing journey. She believes each individual has a unique, intersectional framework through which they experience the world. She specializes in working with Adoptees, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA2S+ communities and has worked with folx impacted by medical trauma, differing abilities, sexual assault/abuse, and domestic violence.

As a Board-Certified Art Therapist and Anchor Relational (formerly AIR Network) trained therapist, and I incorporate Developmental, Intersectional, and Trauma-focused lens into my practice. I believe safety, trust, honesty, creativity, and humor are essential elements in a therapeutic relationship. I utilize a client-centered and relational approach to therapy, weaving psychoeducation with introspection and self-reflection. I incorporate art therapy interventions, mindfulness techniques, and somatic and sensorimotor experiences within sessions.

Mariah has her Bachelor's of Social Work degree from Southwest Minnesota State University and she is a licensed social worker. Mariah formerly worked as a child protection social worker and supervisor for Southwest Health and Human Services. Currently, Mariah is a Post-Permanency Navigator with Foster Adopt Minnesota. Her role is to provide resources and answer questions that arise for families after the finalization of an adoption or transfer of permanent legal and physical custody (TPLPC).

I am dedicated to working with individuals, couples, and families by supporting hope and growth through a family systems perspective and trauma informed care. My passion is attachment, relationships, and development and their impact on functioning throughout one’s life. I find encouragement in my work through helping others find hope, strength, and healing within their environment and relationships. I am also trained in Theraplay, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Circle of Security-Parenting.
Biography
I provide focused practice on Prenatal (pregnant birthing person) through childhood and the family support along the way. I am certified in TF-CBT. I will be working on my perinatal certification and EMDR Certification. I have extensive training in TBRI, play techniques, nature based techniques, and mindfulness.
