Nick Pranke, MSW, LICSW
I currently work on the behavioral health intake team for Children's Mental Health at Anoka County. I was previously a therapist for six years in school and private outpatient setting. I also have experience working in residential treatment, inpatient hospital, private foster care agency, and in-home skill and therapy. My career work has been about meeting children and adolescents where they are at, and supporting them and their families in their mental health recovery and development. I am also formally trained in TFCBT and Anchored Relations Therapy.
Nicole Deters
Nicole has over 27 years’ experience in the nonprofit and public sector. She has served as Executive Director of several Minnesota and Colorado based nonprofits that promote healthy communities, including No Barriers USA, Vinland National Center, and FamilyWise. She currently serves on the Foster Care Task Force through National Council for Adoption. In addition, she is involved in bringing Quality Parenting Initiative to Minnesota, a part of the Supervised Visitation Leadership Institute, and several policy making committees.

Nicole Rohrer, MA, LPCC, RPT
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). I currently work with clients ages 0-10 and their families with a variety of mental health needs and concerns.
Nicole Sheppard, LPCC
Nicole is a licensed psychotherapist and clinical supervisor at Mental Health Systems (MHS) in Roseville, MN. At MHS, she facilitates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) groups and provides mindfulness-based individual therapy to adolescents (16+) and adults. Nicole has clinical, research and training, community development, and lived experience in transracial/transnational adoption, birth family search/reunion, suicide/prevention, mindfulness, trauma, identity development, and life transitions.
