As PACC Coordinator, Keely completed PACC with the 2015-16 Twin Cities cohort. Prior to joining the CASCW team, she practiced both community and clinical social work with a focus on autism spectrum and related disorders across the lifespan, and is particularly interested in the intersection of child welfare and disability.

Elliott is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and holds a Master’s degree from Augsburg College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Elliott has had the privilege of working with children, youth, individuals and families of diverse backgrounds who are experiencing behavioral and mental health needs, disruptions in attachment and family relationships, trauma, as well as those experiencing the negative impacts of systemic and structural bias and racism.

I am currently a Adoptions Case Manager in a county setting. My role includes partnering with caregivers, coordinating services, and promoting child safety and well-being. I am responsible for locating permanency options and completing adoptions post TPR.v

Erin earned her Master’s of Social Work from the University of North Dakota in 2019, following her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Argosy University in 2006. She has been working with individuals impacted by trauma since 2006, bringing extensive experience from various settings, including residential chemical dependency treatment, community-based mental health, school-based, outpatient mental health and chemical dependency, and community social work consultation.
