Elliott Manago-Lawler, LICSW, PMH-C
Elliott is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and holds a Master’s degree from Augsburg College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Elliott has had the privilege of working with children, youth, individuals and families of diverse backgrounds who are experiencing behavioral and mental health needs, disruptions in attachment and family relationships, trauma, as well as those experiencing the negative impacts of systemic and structural bias and racism.

I am currently a Adoptions Case Manager in a county setting. My role includes partnering with caregivers, coordinating services, and promoting child safety and well-being. I am responsible for locating permanency options and completing adoptions post TPR.v
Erin Simonson, MSW, LICSW, LADC
Erin earned her Master’s of Social Work from the University of North Dakota in 2019, following her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Argosy University in 2006. She has been working with individuals impacted by trauma since 2006, bringing extensive experience from various settings, including residential chemical dependency treatment, community-based mental health, school-based, outpatient mental health and chemical dependency, and community social work consultation.

Georgie Loftis, MS, LPCC
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) currently practicing as a Clinical Services Manager at Fraser’s collaboration with Minneapolis Public Schools. I manage two day treatment classrooms, supervise staff and maintain an outpatient caseload. Fraser is one of the largest providers for mental health services in Minnesota (children and adults) and recently became a CCBHC (Certified Community Behavior Health Clinic).
